Best time of year:
- Game viewing varies depending on the season - wild dogs tend to den in June, and the pups might be seen towards end of July.
- Plains game numbers increase during the dry season (July to October) with a corresponding increase in the number of predators.
- December to May is lush, green, with plenty of grass and less dust. As it is prime breeding season. lots of babies are to be seen!
- Birding is generally good late October to early March
