This is a deluxe safari taking place entirely in the Zambezi Valley - Zimbabwe - qualified professional guides are utilized for the full duration of the safari.

• 3 nights luxury canoe/walk/drive river trip
• 3 nights Mana Pools safari lodge

Canoe/walk trail departs Monday and Fridays only

Mana Pools National Park is a world heritage site and offers all the big game - elephant, buffalo, lion, very good leopard sightings, wild dog, impala, kudu amongst many other species of animal and birds

The Zambezi River is a major river in Africa and offers spectacular scenery as well as game viewing opportunities and has one of the highest concentrations of wildlife along the Zambezi river

The 3 night canoe/walk/drive trail is a very well known luxury safari re-knowned for its excellent professional guiding and highly qualified guide

Prices will include air charter transfers to and from Kariba airport, all activities, accommodation, meals, guides, transfers, laundry and localised refreshments at all camps.

Excluded from the prices are departure taxes at Kariba airport and Mana Pools airstrip and National Parks fees, Visa fees, gratuities and items of a personal nature

Best time of the year:

The safari runs from April to October; major parts of the park are inaccessible during the wet season November to March.

The hottest months are October/November - this is also when game viewing is at its peak

Tips and Notes:

• Carry small denominations of US$ bills for departure taxes and parks fees, change is given in local currency
• Take malaria precautions
• The safari is not suitable for children under 15yrs
• Take 12kgs luggage in soft bag; no shopping possible during the safari
