You'll need to provide us with two separate types of documents
- Payment documents, either debit instructions or remittance information depending on the method of payment you select.
- Your "Client Information Record" which is used to cross-check ground-handling details.
Payment documents
Select the form depending on your payment method, then print and complete the document before returning it to us by post or fax.
Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express): fill out the form instructing us to debit your account [Acrobat, Word]
Important note if paying by credit card: To avoid a declined transaction please advise your credit card issuer that you have instructed our company to debit your account before sending the instructions to us.
US dollar, Sterling or Euro Cheque: if you're sending a cheque from a UK, European or US account here's a convenient remittance advice [Acrobat, Word]
Bank Transfer: if you're making a transfer we'll send you relevant account details, you need to copy us on the bank instruction and fill out the advice [Acrobat, Word]

Client Information Record
Before you travel we require some information for ground-handling purposes. Please complete the online form or fax/mail a hard copy to our UK Head Office in advance.
Instructions for filling out the Client Information Record
- Confirm your reference number and the consultant responsible for your safari
- List all members of the group on the manifest. We require full name, nationality, passport number and expiry date plus date of birth for each.
- Confirm all transport arrangements that we have NOT arranged on your behalf. In particular, please provide inbound and outbound details (airlines, flight numbers and arrival/departure times). If there are any other regional or domestic transfers arranged independently then please let us know about them.
- Confirm any specific dietary preferences or requirements of any individuals on the trip.
- Confirm any specific medical conditions, allergies, medications etc. that medical personnel might need to know about in the event of an emergency.
- Please let us know about any other points that may affect our ground-handling arrangements (special occasions, anniversary dates, specific accommodation requests etc.)
- Please leave us with next-of-kin contact details and ensure that they have a copy of your itinerary and travel insurance arrangements plus our contact details.
Please keep us posted on any changes that occur between submission of the "Client Information Record" and your actual travel date. Remember that your information will always be treated as confidential in line with our privacy policy
