The Selous Safari Company was established in 1988 to control the operations of its initial two properties, Ras Kutani and Selous Safari Camp in Tanzania.  The company has since expanded the scope of its activities to incorporate Jongomero Camp.

Selous Safari Camp is situated on the banks of the Rufiji River in the Selous Game Reserve.  This sophisticated safari camp provides the opportunity for activities such as game drives, river trips, bush walks, fishing and visits to local communities.

The Selous Safari Company’s most recent addition, Jongomero Camp, is a stylish tented camp located in the Ruaha National Park.  The abundance of game in the park and the continuous development of surrounding eco-trails makes for excellent game viewing opportunities and guests are taken on all day game drive excursions.

Ras Kutani is a picturesque beach lodge on a pristine strip of coastline near Dar-es-Salaam.  From Ras Kutani, the Selous Safari Company provide opportunities for a range of activities from water sports to deep-sea fishing, horse riding, island day trips and nature walks.
