Matetsi Water Lodge is situated along the mighty Zambezi River in the thick vegetation on the river banks.

Each of the 18 suites offers the ultimate in sophistication and luxury, with vast teak doors that open to sweeping views of the African bush.

The interiors are a stylish mixture of teak, wood and slate while the en suite bathrooms have indoor as well as outdoor showers and a bath.  One of the most impressive features is the private plunge pool at each suite.

The main reception area includes the dining room, lounge and a curio shop. Due to the privacy and lavish character of the lodge, it is an excellent honeymooning venue.
