Chiawa is located on the banks of the Zambezi River, in the middle of the Lower Zambezi National Park. Just across the river lies the Mana Pools National Parks, a World Heritage Site.
The camp can accommodate up to 16 guests in nine safari tents that have been built on elevated timber decks. All tents have twin or double beds with en suite facilities and solar powered lighting.
The main area is a thatched living room with upstairs observation deck, bar and dining room. Dinners are often also enjoyed outdoors in the boma (reeded enclosure).
Chiawa Camp is closely associated with Old Mondoro Bush Camp, also located within the Lower Zambezi Valley.
