Kanana Camp is one of Ker & Downey's more remote camps in the southwestern Okavango Delta, and is nestled in an area of islands dotted with palms, figs, ebony and knobthorn and plentiful numbers of fauna and flora.
Eight spacious, twin-bedded safari 'Meru' style tents are accompanied by en-suite bathrooms with hot and cold running water, shower and flush toilet.
Each tent is set on a raised deck, offering stunning views across the Okavango's waterways. Depending on the annual floods and associated water levels, Kanana Camp can be transformed from a dry camp into a true water experience.
Kanana Camp also offers various activities, ranging from morning and late afternoon game drives, trips through the Okavango's waterways by traditional Mekoro or powerboat, and fantastic photographic and birding opportunities. Guided walking and fly-fishing also prove to be a favourite.
