Ruaha River Lodge occupies a unique and privileged position along the banks of the Great Ruaha River and blends seamlessly into its surroundings. 

At Ruaha River Lodge you are hosted and guided by Peter and Sarah Fox. Having spent a couple of decades living in Ruaha, they are old hands, and together with their team of guides, have an unrivalled knowledge of the park and its wild inhabitants. 

Accommodation consists of twenty comfortable riverside bandas made of local stone and thatch with either twin or double beds.  All rooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms and a private veranda for phenomenal game viewing. 

The best time for game viewing is during the dry season from June until December when wildlife converges on the dwindling water resources.
