Kakuli is scenically situated on the confluence of the Luwi and Luangwa Rivers in the South Luangwa National Park.

Each of the spacious tents overlook the river with stunning en suite bathrooms under the open sky. The tents have double beds and wooden furniture.

The camp aslo features a chitenje on the grazing lawn which leads down to the rivers. The camp itself, lies on a raised ridge for extensive views of the Luangwa for up to a mile.
