Mfuwe Lodge is beautifully situated on a lagoon in the lush wilderness of the South Luangwa National Park.

Accommodation is in 18 open-plan chalets, each with en suite bathroom. The chalets are of stone and thatch and one third of the perimetre can be openened for a better appreciation of the African bush.

The bathing corner can completely be opened and there is a shower as well.  Five of the chalets are suites with elevated sleeping areas and larger lounges. All have large private decks with fantastic views.

There is a central reception, lounge, dining and bar in an open plan area under thatch. There is also a huge deck with a pool.

Mfuwe Lodge is closely associated with other stylish bushcamps in the South Luangwa National Park as part of the Bushcamps Co. These include the scenic Kapamba Bush Camp, Bilimungwe, Chindeni, Chamilandu, Kuyenda Bush Camp and Zungulila Walking Trails Camp.
