Built in the 18th Century by Dutch settlers, Roggeland Country House is a manor house in the Western Cape.
With high ceilings, cosy bedrooms and fresh flowers, the house has the romantic atmosphere that pervades much of the area around the Cape of South Africa.
The cuisine is inspired by regional produce, and all vegetables and herbs are grown in the gardens.
