Accommodation

With half the tents looking over the great plains and views of zebra, elephant and gazelle and the other half lining the banks of the Mara River, Governor's Main Camp has played host to numerous groups of safari guests. Bathrooms are en suite with flush loos, bidets and showers.

A decked bar is right on the rivers edge and most meals are buffet style under the open skies or large thatched dining area.

Other camps associated with Governor's Main Camp, all of which are smaller and offer different types of accommodation are Little Governor's Camp, Governor's Il Moran Camp, Governor's Bush Camp, Governor's Private Camp.  

Loldia House on Lake Naivasha and Mfangano Island are also associated camps and are excellent facilities to combine with any of the Governor's Mara Camps.
