This exclusive camp is situated in the Okavango Delta on a layered teak deck that is built among ebony and sycamore fig trees.

Each of the 'Afro-Bedouin' tented suites are high, wide and airy, plus luxuriously furnished with en-suite bathrooms and mahogany four-poster beds or antique sleigh beds.

The camp was named after Abu, a legendary elephant who starred in several feature films and is the camp’s main elephant.

The main reception area with a living room, dining room and library is built on layered teak decking. 

Abu Camp's is unique is it allows guests to interact with the resident elephant herd, meeting each individual and initiating a journey into the complex behaviour of the largest land mammal on Earth.
